The successful candidate will have the opportunity to become responsible for and running their own matters from start to finish.Summary of Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:Represent clients in all areas of commercial law;Explore alternative dispute resolution options for resolving matters where possible;Be a key team player;Provide timely and accurate advice in accordance with case law, legislation and court rules;Take matters through the litigation processAttend court hearings;Establish and maintain professional working relationships with clients and other members of the profession;Be involved in firm marketing and development initiativesDue to growth in our Practice we are seeking applications from solicitors with between0-2 years post-admission experience across insolvency, finance and/or commercial law.The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in business, strong initiative, great communication, attention to detail and problem solving skills. You will need to be hard working, pro-active and eager to learn and develop.The successful candidate will be engaging and professional.The right attitude is essential, as is a positive and enthusiastic approachFamiliarity with LEAP Practice Management Software would be an advantage.A dynamic, vibrant, fun team in centrally located offices within a supportive, hardworking, rewarded group.Please submit your resume and cover letter.
