We require a motivated Customer Service/Relationship Manager to run our customer follow-up program within our Service Department, to take service bookings, allocate them between our two dealership sites, and manage warranty input.You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective customer relationship strategies to optimise service bookings, improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.Key Responsibilities:Run our service reminder program, including contact via email, SMS, and phone to meet daily appointment targets.Take service bookings for both dealership locations and allocate them based on customer location.Experience with the TUNE dealer management system is highly regarded.Create quality interactions with our service customers to promote high satisfaction.Manage the dealership warranty process (training provided).Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer service bookings, engagement, and satisfaction.This role will suit someone who:Has experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.Understands vehicle servicing requirements.Is well-organized with excellent time management skills.Has a strong work ethic.Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.Is energetic and self-motivated.Additional benefits include free onsite parking and working with a great team.For further information or to express your interest, please email [emailprotected].
