Full Time Senior Property Manager Warragul/Drouin What will you do? The role of a Property Manager is to provide quality property management services to all clients. We recognize that were part of a small community and work together to do our best and improve continuously. What would be your duties and responsibilities? Manage properties daily. Lease and prepare storage shed leases/files as needed. Conduct private inspections with prospective tenants. Liaise with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople. Conduct open for inspections midweek and on Saturdays. Process rental applications promptly and accurately. Prepare files for new tenancies. Complete condition reports before tenancy starts. Negotiate, prepare, and execute lease renewals. Conduct final inspections and coordinate cleaning/repairs for re-letting, including bond releases. Use Tapi for maintenance requests. Attend tribunal hearings as needed. Assist in the smooth operation of the rental department. Perform additional duties as required. Key person requirements Excellent telephone manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; accurate word processing. Effective communication with people at all levels. Flexibility to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks. Attention to detail and high accuracy. Strong organizational skills. Effective written communication skills. Stress management skills. Excellent time management. Exceptional presentation and professionalism. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. Good knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.
