Your responsibilities will include Leading a team of stie engineers and project coordinators to deliver high quality buildsDeveloping and managing detailed project plans and schedulesOverseeing financial forecasting and reporting to ensure accurate budget trackingConducting on site safety audits and promoting a strong safety cultureLiaising with stakeholders such as TMR, QR and local councils to secure permitsPreparing and presenting weekly client reportsSupporting contractor onboarding and integrationManaging construction variations and ensuring compliance with contract obligationsDriving continuous improvements through lessons learnt and innovation workshopsRequired Skills and ExperienceExperienced engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.
