Youll streamline processes, spearhead automation, implement cutting-edge tools (including AI), and lead critical platform migrations that enhance team productivity and output.OverviewThe Content Delivery Manager is a new senior role that will be integral in unlocking and enabling scalability of the content produced within the Editorial and Media teams, to increase customer acquisition and engagement. The role will support effective delivery of the work already in progress, and execute new key projects. Key objectives of this role are to work across the business to remove manual processes via automation, support platform and CMS migration, incorporate new tools and processes and develop new products.This role is perfect for a results driven, execution-oriented professional with a strong digital background with a passion for delivering high-quality timely results. We are looking for someone to lead the team, who has strong technical acumen and people skills, who can clearly define a problem and create a clear plan forward.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support for the cross functional teams and enable us to go faster with tools and process efficienciesAutomate media and content reporting and integrate with broader business tracking, to provide analytical insightsSupport to deliver on group migration projects as they apply to Communications team, eg: content migration to new platform and migration to the new CMSBe up to date on new AI tools that we can test and leverage to support automation, insight or scaleDevelop effective documented processes and provide effective training to enable the team autonomy and ability to focus on their areas of expertiseManage content projects as requiredLead and develop the teamCollaborationDevelop great working relationships with all key internal stakeholders, in particular the senior Editorial and Media teamsWork closely with all members of the Communications, Product & Engineering, Data, Finance and Marketing teams to deliver Canstar Group objectivesDevelop a strong working relationship with Legal to ensure process and delivery is compliantRequired Skills & ExperienceProven successful experience in developing, improving and executing operational processesExtensive experience and deep understanding of a content/publishing digital businessStrong data driven thinking and analysis skillsStrong project, time management and numeracy skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multitaskStrong technical acumen, understanding and interest in AI, and experience with using Atlassian tools, CMS, Google suiteExcellent written and verbal communication skills including stakeholder engagement and influencingPassion for helping consumers firstEntrepreneurial and growth mindset, i.e. energetic, enthusiastic, adaptable, pragmatic, proactive, hands-on, strategic, resilient and ambitiousDesirable SkillsKnowledge and experience of Wordpress and PayloadDeep interest in and use of AIAt Canstar Group, our inclusive vision is to create a workplace where our people feel safe and confident to bring their unique selves to work.
