This role plays a key leadership position in driving solution capability, workforce performance, and customer engagement across the business, particularly focusing on general business (non-focused customers).Key Responsibilities of this role will be across the following areas -Solution Portfolio DevelopmentCustomer EngagementWorkforce ManagementCommercial and Operational AccountabilityBusiness DevelopmentResource and CapabilityKey Performance Indicators for this role are -Growth and maturity of assigned solution portfolioPermanent team utilisation and revenue contributionCustomer satisfaction and engagement in general business accountsAccuracy and timeliness of timesheet submissionsEffective use of bench time for non-billable investmentPerformance and development of permanent workforceYour deliverables across the key areas of responsibility will include -Own and evolve the assigned solution portfolio in alignment with business strategy and market needs.Lead engagement and relationship development with non-focused (general business) customer accounts.Maintain deep technical expertise in the relevant capability area to ensure service offerings are contemporary and competitiveIdentify gaps and opportunities for capability growth and innovationSupport business development through technical input and solution design for presales activities.Collaborate with sales and marketing to position capability offerings and drive pipeline growth.Manage the performance, professional development, and wellbeing of the permanent team within the capabilityDrive strong utilisation outcomes, ensuring alignment of workforce capacity to revenue targets.Manage the allocation of non-billable time within the permanent team, ensuring it is utilised for productive and strategic purposes.Actively contribute to presales efforts by providing solution design, scope input, and proposal development in collaboration with the business development team.What You''ll Need To SucceedBachelor''s degree in information technology, Engineering or related fieldExceptionally strong experience in leading a large, diverse team of SAP professionals within a Consulting environmentDemonstrated experience in capability management or solution leadership roles, focused on driving growthStrategic thinking and strong commercial acumen with a proven history of meeting (and exceeding!) revenue and utilisation targetsDeep technical and functional knowledge of SAP, particularly within the Asset Management spaceExperience and success in business development, client engagement and solution innovationWhy choose COSOL?At COSOL, we offer more than just a job - we provide a platform where your talents are recognized and nurtured.
