This is the perfect rostered role with an immediate start, leading a team performing electrical maintenance on Fixed Plant and CHPP.To succeed in the role, you will have previous experience supervising a team on a mine site. You will have a strong safety focus with the ability to mentor your team and a high level of SAP understanding.You will be required to supervise all activities and ensure safety standards are maintained, deadlines are met, completed accurately to specifications and to the highest quality standards.To successful perform the role, duties will include but not limited to:Responsible for day-to-day operationsConduct regular Prestarts/Toolbox meetings to communicate planning and team directionResponsible for ensuring all works are completed correctly and the QA process is adhered toMentoring, training and supervising employeesContinually seek to improve process and strive for operational efficiencyThe Successful Applicant, Will HaveRelevant Trade QualificationStandard 11 Statement of AttainmentCoal Board MedicalExperience working in field maintenancePrevious leadership experienceCurrent Drivers LicenceS123 & G2SAP experienceWorking at HeightsConfined SpaceGas Test AtmospheresGreat communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience leading small teams of tradespeople and apprenticesExceptional time management, people skills and a willingness to build a cohesive teamUncompromising attitude to safetyThese are challenging roles that will deliver great rewards to the right candidates.
