Our commitment is to ensure all Western Australians have access to secure, reliable, and sustainable energy.We believe that the benefits of renewable energy arent just for some, they''re for everyone.This is where you come in.Role Description:The Senior Business Analyst role is a 12-month Max-Term Contract based at our Perth Central Park site will contribute to the successful delivery of a business-critical project focused on improving customer outcomes and enhancing operational processes.Your role is to lead business analysis activities for a business-critical program focused on improving customer outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, finance, and technology to understand current processes, identify gaps, define business requirements, and support the design and implementation of effective solutions.Job responsibilities:Investigates business situations to identify and analyse problems to provide recommendations on potential opportunities for improvement.Facilitates workshops with key stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are clearly mapped and documented to support understanding business processes/journeys in line with project goals.Follows agreed standards and applies appropriate techniques to elicit and document detailed requirements.Provides constructive challenge to stakeholders as required.Works with the business and key stakeholders to prioritise requirements, categorising them into functional and technical requirementsWorks with the developers to understand the different solution options and conducts a feasibility assessment including tangible cost benefits and the development of business cases.What you will bring:5+ years experience in business analysis within customer operations programs.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, SQL).Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Experience in energy, utilities, or regulated industries would be advantageous.So, what''s it like working for Synergy?As one of Australia''s most trusted utility brands, we value our customers, the community we operate in, and our people.
