Home to over 40 epic slides and attractions, including wave pools, thrill rides, and our epic Dinosaur Lagoon, its the ultimate place to cool off and make unforgettable memories.As part of our team, you wont just be coming to work youll be part of the action, bringing the fun, energy, and excitement to many guests every day.We are currently looking for a:Raging Waters Sydney - Facilities Team LeaderAbout the role:The Facilities Team Leader is a hands on working leader responsible for supporting, guiding, andworking alongside seasonal team members across the Facilities department including SlideInspection, Water Quality, Tubes, and General Maintenance.This role suits someone who leads by example, takes pride in quality and safety, and genuinelycares for the wellbeing, development, and morale of their team. While trade qualifications are notrequired, candidates should have previous hands on experience in maintenance, operations, ortechnical environments. Site specific and procedural training will be provided to build familiaritywith park systems.Roles & Responsibilities:Roles & Responsibilities Lead and work alongside the team in inspections, maintenance, water quality checks, andcleaning duties. Assign daily tasks and follow up on completion to ensure work is carried out to standardand on schedule. Act as the first point of contact for team support, mentoring, and coaching, especially newor seasonal staff. Monitor team morale, encourage collaboration, and report concerns to the FacilitiesCoordinator. Support Facilities team operations by responding to maintenance requests, conductingspot checks, and helping with park infrastructure tasks. Ensure accurate completion of inspection forms, water testing records, work orders, anddigital logs. Assist with equipment care, stock management, and site readiness across facilities workareas. Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and positive team environment.Workplace Health & Safety (WHS): Follow and comply with Work Health Safety policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure the correct use of all safety and personal protective equipment by teammembers. Demonstrate safe work behaviours and lead by example. Report any WHS incidents, injuries, or near misses to your Manager and First Aidimmediately. Actively promote hazard and near-miss reporting within the team.
