We have a very rare opportunity for an experienced person to take the exciting role ofExecutive Lead - Pedagogy and Compliance.As Executive Lead - Pedagogy and Compliance, you will be responsible for providing overall management and coordination of all aspects of Gowrie''s early childhood education and care services. This will involve exceptional leadership, direction, support, assistance, and mentoring and coaching to our current and future team of Education and Care Leads and Assistant Leads (centre leaders), the Educational Leader/s, and educators. As Executive Lead, you will exemplify best practice and pedagogy, and accountability and compliance.The Executive Lead - Pedagogy and Compliance will be responsible for talent acquisition and onboarding, leadership and management, and all duties relating to people, performance and culture. This will include the overall coordination of an employee management system. You will work with and alongside the leaders to continuously foster and promote our culture of teamwork and fun, professional and personal development, fairness and equity, inclusion and diversity, recognition and acknowledgement, responsibility and accountability, and the safeguarding of children.Working in collaboration with theEducation and Care Leads and Assistants, theExecutive Lead - Pedagogy and Compliance will ensure legislative requirements are being followed in accordance with the National QualityFramework, and that Gowrie WA centres meet and where possible exceeds the Standards. You will oversee external communication, policy development and review, our Reconciliation Action Plan, be up to date with the ever-changing landscape and developments in the sector, and will represent Gowrie WA across a broad range of meetings and representations. You will take pride in working with the Leads and teams to build, maintain, and promote, high quality innovative and sustainable learning environments, quality programs, and service excellence.You will actively work to promote and market these qualities and our services to increase enrolment numbers, providing more children and families with access to quality not-for-profit early childhood education and care.The Executive Lead - Pedagogy and Compliance will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and other Executive Leads to grow our organisation. There is a focus on establishing in regional communities that have a evidence based need for high quality education and care, in line with our strategic goals. Regional travel and engagement will be a requirement. A willingness to be involved with the Gowrie WA Board as required and requested, is essential.
