You''ll work closely with teams across the organisation, providing expert guidance and using proven methodologies in project, contract, and change management.If youre passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and making a real impact in the community, this is the role for you.What youll deliver Implementation of approved service review recommendations using established project, contract, change, and engagement management methods. Develop detailed project plans to deliver agreed outcomes on time, within scope, budget, and quality, accounting for internal and external dependencies. Develop and maintain key project documentation, including monthly project status reports, budgets and monitoring risks with appropriate mitigation and contingency plans. Support the Service Planning and Review Team to deliver Strategic Service Plans and Services Reviews Partner with service owners, outcome owners, project sponsors and other key stakeholders across the business and provide expert guidance driven by research and analysis to evaluate Council services.What youll bring Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in project management, service model review and/or financial analysis highly desirable. Demonstrated experience in project management, service planning, design, evaluation, and review. Sound conceptual and analytical skills including the ability to research, evaluate and draw conclusions from complex data and information. Sound project management, change management and engagement skills. Demonstrated experience in applying best practice and continuous improvement methodologies. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation with exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and Eligibility to Work check.
