Are you an experienced Business Analyst, with strong face-to-face communication skills, ready to lead meaningful digital transformation?We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our team, ideally based in Hobart, Tasmania, but we will also consider candidates located in Adelaide or Canberra. This critical role requires a deep understanding of business process improvement and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.Please note: This is a hybrid role, and a minimum of three days per week onsite in one of our offices (Hobart preferred) is required. You will bring your analytical skills, stakeholder engagement experience and leadership to help deliver real change.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyse business requirements and processes to identify improvementsDocument functional specifications and user stories for development teamsLead stakeholder workshops, interviews and feedback sessionsCollaborate across business, technical and delivery teams to align goalsProvide mentorship to junior analysts and champion continuous improvementWork in line with SDLC, Agile practices and our internal delivery methodologyWhat were looking for:Approximately 5 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in software consulting, with demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and engage diverse stakeholdersExceptional stakeholder management and facilitation skillsExperience with business process modelling, gap analysis, and functional designStrong capability in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and data visualisation platformsSFIA Level 4 aligned skills and behaviours, with a proactive and adaptable mindsetFamiliarity with Agile and SDLC methodologiesRelevant tertiary qualification and business analysis certification (eg IIBA ECBA or similar) will be highly regarded.Our People and CultureAt SRA, we provide ongoing career development and learning opportunities, individually tailored professional development plans, a supportive team, work-life balance, flexibility and fun.
