We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Program Specialist to join our team and take charge of managing and administering diverse civil and related infrastructure projects.Lead high impact projects that shape communitiesWork with a dedicated results driven teamAdvance your careerAbout The RoleThe role of Infrastructure Program Specialist is responsible for a diverse civil and related infrastructure program management and administration from development to completion, this role is key to ensuring the success of external government funded initiatives.You will oversee a dynamic portfolio of external projects ensuring seamless management from inception to close-outDevelop and submit strong compelling funding proposals to secure resources and keep projects on trackCoordinate resources effectively to ensure timely and quality delivery of projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration at every stagePrepare and deliver insightful reporting keeping stakeholders informed and alignedThis position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:Degree qualification in Civil Engineering/Project Management or related field OR demonstrated solid contemporary experience in diverse program management and administration within an infrastructure environment across all levels of government- funded programs, combined with ongoing professional development.Class C Driver LicenceAbout YouYou are a motivated professional with experience in managing civil infrastructure projectsYou thrive in dynamic environments and are able to adjust to evolving needs and priorities while remaining focused on delivering quality resultsYou have meticulous attention to detail and are solution focusedOur position description provides more information for you to learn more about this role.Other Important InformationThe salary range for this position ranges between $110.9K to $128.5K pa (dependent on skills and experience) plus 12% superannuationWe have a permanent full-time role availableThis role will be able to access a 9 day fortnightPrivate Use Leaseback offeredWe are able to offer hybrid and flexible working conditions for this role - up to 3 days per fortnightThis role is located at the Erina Works DepotCouncil may create an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other permanent or temporary vacancies.Extra BenefitsAt Central Coast Council we provide team members with a range of extras that help them balance their life when they need it.
