This includes tasks such as undertaking account and GST coding, reconciling financial records and processing invoices. School Officers also assist with month-end procedures such as transporting receipts to the bank and maintaining data integrity. They will be responsible for collating figures for financial planning and budgeting, which will help the school make informed decisions about its resources.In addition to financial management, the School Officer will also assist with the management of school assets. This includes overseeing the administration of out-of-hours use of school facilities, coordinating and negotiating maintenance and repairs, and maintaining key registers and security system codes.
