Key responsibilities will include:Manage a Small Business Insurance portfolio of new and existing clientsAchieve personal and team revenue targets within identified markets - working to clear KPIs and targets across Acquisition and RetentionResearch the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environmentNegotiate new & renewal terms with underwritersPartner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectationsMulti-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologiesCollaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the team and businessWork within company policy, compliance, laws and regulationsParticipate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledgeSupport all aspects of the workload of high-volume quotations, inbound/outbound calls, emails and Salesforce leadsInterface with prospects through several channels, such as Salesforce Software, and inbound and outbound phone callsHow This Opportunity Is DifferentYou will be onboarded and coached by a team of expert professionals.
