Operating exclusively within Accounting & Finance, they are dedicated to connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities and delivering transparent, tailored workforce solutions.The Role:They are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Senior Recruitment Consultant, leveraging an extensive candidate database and established networks to deliver end-to-end talent solutions. Your focus will be on building and nurturing client relationships, matching high-calibre finance professionals to the right opportunities, and driving the agencys growth and reputation in the Brisbane marketKey Responsibilities:Develop and manage a targeted portfolio of clients across public practice, corporate accounting and commercial financeSource, screen and present candidates for roles including Financial Controllers, Management Accountants, Tax Specialists and CFOsConduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to ensure optimal candidateclient fitBuild and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive headhunting, networking and referralsProvide consultative market insights on remuneration benchmarking, skills availability and industry trendsCollaborate with colleagues to refine processes, share best practices and exceed revenue targetsMaintain accurate records in the CRM and deliver timely reporting on activity and outcomesExperience Prerequisites:Proven agency recruitment experience within Accounting & FinanceStrong business development skills with a consultative, client-focused approachExcellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilitiesHigh levels of integrity, professionalism and ethical practiceSelf-motivated, organised and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhats on Offer:Genuine team culture and mentorship.Competitive salary on offer (open to salaries for the right candidate).Monthly bonuses offered - can be tailored to quarterly if preferred.Uncapped commission providedClear career pathwaysHow to Apply: If you are a motivated and ethical recruitment professional looking for a rewarding opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
