Your next opportunityWe are seeking a Quarry Manager at our Launceston quarry to provide leadership and manage the day-to-day operations and challenges of the site.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to drive the success of the Quarry. With an uncompromising commitment to safety you will lead the team to achieve performance and profit targets.The role:Ultimate responsibility for safety performance of the siteDriving the achievement of production targetsProviding team leadershipManaging environmental compliance and quality controlProviding superior customer service to our internal and external stakeholders as requiredPlanning & monitoring extraction, production and inventoryRecognise and drive plant and operational improvements.Drive and lead cultural change and provide excellence in customer service.As part of an organisation that embraces innovation, your ability to deliver operational improvements will be welcomed particularly when driving financial outcomes and achieving set budgets and targets.What Are We Looking For?Ability to lead, manage and motivate a diverse team of operatorsExperience with managing budgets, P&L statements and understanding finances & costsRelevant experience within a quarry operation. Relevant Qualifications desired.Proven experience in best practice Quarrying.
