Flexibility and teamwork are essential qualities for success at Paulsens!The positions are FIFO from Perth, Darwin, or Broome to site or DIDO from Onslow, Exmouth, Karratha, or Dampier. Paulsens is located in the Ashburton Basin of the Eastern Pilbara region, 211 km inland east of Onslow and 180 km west of Paraburdoo. Flights are to Onslow or Paraburdoo, then a two-hour transport to site.Roster is 8/6, day shift only.About the OpportunityOur Electrical Supervisor is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the electrical team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of electrical services for the processing plant and associated infrastructure.About YouTrade Certificate with strong practical experience in an electrical maintenance environment, including experience with HV and sound knowledge of mineral processing operations.Current A grade Western Australian Electrical Licence (Unrestricted).Qualifications and experience in HV switching.Frontline supervisory experience with a solid understanding of maintenance, planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes.Strong computer literacy and Pronto experience.Demonstrated skills and knowledge in risk management, safety and environmental systems, and legislative and statutory requirements, particularly the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Regulations (Mines) 2022.Nationally recognised working at heights and confined space competency (or ability to gain).If you would like to know more about the above or want to be part of this exciting opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
