This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and Store KPIs (conversion, customer service score, average transaction value).Key Responsibilities:Ascertain customer''s needs and recommenditems that match.Keep up to date with product knowledge to accurately describe product features and benefitsUpsell and cross-sell where appropriate - inform customers about sales and promotionsConsistently provide exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate our values in action during every customer interactionEnsure store presentation consistently aligns with Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelinesAssist, resolve or escalate all customer concerns in an appropriate and timely mannerWho are we looking for?You are someone who loves retail and all its nuances. You understand the customer journey and can make the magic happen to bring a customers vision to life. You are all about teamwork and delight in hitting and smashing sales targets.
