Join to apply for the Digital Engineering Manager role at InfraBuild1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicantsJoin to apply for the Digital Engineering Manager role at InfraBuildDirect message the job poster from InfraBuildTalent Acquisition Consultant - IT, Manufacturing, Construction, RecyclingAbout the roleAs our Digital Engineering Manager, you will be accountable for commercialising InfraBuilds value engineering offer and developing / executing a strategy to drive growth of volume and service income through the provision of 3D modelling and other services to major projects and customers.You will develop relationships with decision makers and key influencers in engineering, design and construction organisations to facilitate early involvement in the design phase of major projects and influence the design and constructability of reinforcement and prefabrication.This will position IBR as a supplier of choice for delivering innovative value add products and services to major clients.This role can be based out of Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.Your key responsibilities will include:Secure revenue growth in billing our modelling services to engineering, designers and or construction customersEstablish and leverage senior management relationships with major project stakeholders to influence design and procurement with our modelling servicesLead / chair customer presentations with selected members of the IBR teamInfluence design to simplify manufacturing and constructabilityFormalise a strategy to grow our share, grow our markets, add value and implement a structure to support the strategyBuild and develop your team and internal capabilityDemonstrate value to clients through shortening the design phase and reducing the complexity in reinforcing supply chainPrepare budgets and business plans to deliver and monitor performance against those budget commitmentsRequirements for this role:Relevant tertial qualification or experience in business, commercial and or managementProven track record in business development and revenue growthCommercial acumenTechnical / engineering aptitude and construction design experienceExperience with 3D Modelling and digital construction toolsDemonstrated record of achieving results in a manufacturing environmentProven leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to implement changeAbility to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEffective communication skills and the ability to engage people across the business and at all levelsBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to all employees.
