We are seeking a driven and passionate Casual Guest Services Team Leader to join our team, providing exceptional leadership and service to our guests as we continue to welcome visitors. About The Role As a Guest Services Team Leader - Reservations, reporting to the Reservations Manager and the Guest Services Manager, you will assist with processing inbound and group bookings and support park operations. Your responsibilities include managing inbound and group bookings (such as koala photos, food, animal encounters, educational products, and external tours), coordinating groups on-site, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders. About You Ideally, you have experience in a similar role, work well within a team, follow instructions, and demonstrate initiative. An energetic, driven approach and strong knowledge of inbound markets, particularly Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Indian markets, are essential. Minimum 3 years experience in a guest services role (industry experience preferred but not essential) Proficiency in another language (Mandarin or Japanese preferred but not essential) Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Professional personal presentation High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS/Reservations systems Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions with mammals, birds, and reptiles What We Offer Our commitment is to protect, conserve, and celebrate our environmental, built, and cultural heritage, and to care for our team members.
