We are seeking a driven and passionate Casual Guest Services Team Leader to join our team, providing exceptional leadership and service to our guests as we continue to welcome visitors. About The Role As a Guest Services Team Leader - Reservations, reporting to the Reservations Manager and the Guest Services Manager, you will assist with processing inbound and group bookings and support park operations. Your responsibilities include managing inbound and group bookings (such as koala photos, food, animal encounters, educational products, and external tours), coordinating groups on-site, and handling communications with internal and external stakeholders. About You Ideally, you have experience in a similar role, work well within a team, follow instructions, and demonstrate initiative. An energetic, driven approach and strong knowledge of inbound markets, particularly Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Indian markets, are essential.
