Assistant General Manager | Southern RegionService Integrated Communities | WarrigalThe opportunity | A role where you are looked up toIn this role, you will travel across our Southern Region, supporting the nominated operational locations as designated by the Regional Manager. Using your clinical skills and experience, you will be responsible for effectively leading and managing clinical, wellbeing, and lifestyle staff of the residential community. Achieving the operational targets and care deliverables across clinical, financial, compliance, resident service, resident lifestyle & wellbeing, and workplace culture.You will foster a commitment to Warrigals culture and lead in our vision a world where all older people feel known, loved, and connected.The benefits | Recognising your value$139k per annum + Super + NFP salary packaging - pay up to $18,550 less tax per yearFull-time position with a monthly rostered day offA fantastic onboarding program and ongoing supportAccess to your local gym and 200+ more across the country with a Fitness PassportThe requirements | What it takes to do this workCurrent registration with AHPRA and commitment to maintaining professional development requirements for ongoing registrationDemonstrated leadership, operational, and clinical management of a residential care home leading innovative resident lifestyle and wellbeing initiativesExtensive nursing experience at a senior level, including responsibility for supervising staff and providing clinical oversightAdvanced communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills including facilitation of sensitive conversations with staff, residents, and family membersDemonstrated knowledge of change management, quality improvement, customer service principles, and staff education principlesExperience in ensuring systems and processes are in place to assess residents and maximize revenueExperience in quality management, accreditation, and systems compliance in a leadership roleCurrent Class C Drivers license with a safe driving recordWhat our people love about working hereOne team, united in our purpose: We support our older people to feel known, loved, and connected.
