This role involves overseeing comprehensive documentation, fostering effective communication, and delivering tailored, innovative solutions that align with the university''s systems and standards. A strong commitment to excellence and quality is essential to ensure the successful delivery of each initiative.Your key responsibilities will be to:provide expert guidance on Payroll Uplift program management for the successful implementation of this large-scale strategic initiativecoordinate and support prioritisation, planning, and execution of multiple deliverables, ensuring effective team and resource alignmentlead stakeholder engagement to understand, analyse, and define complex business requirements.develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of business processes and technical specificationsensure ongoing, transparent communication with internal teams and stakeholders to support project alignmentcollaboratively design and present innovative, practical solutions aligned with stakeholder needs and existing systemsuphold high standards of quality assurance, ensuring all outputs meet organisational excellence and reliability benchmarksbuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, gathering feedback and facilitating constructive discussionsoversee reporting and compliance within the work area, ensuring accuracy and alignment with university systems.About youpostgraduate qualifications in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experiencedeveloping and implementing process improvementsexperience in a high-volume customer service environment preferably within the higher education sectorexperience in end-to-end payroll processing and payroll administrationskilled in interpreting and applying legislation and enterprise agreements and interpreting and applying policies and proceduresSponsorship / work rights for AustraliaPlease note: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
