You will lead a high-performing team of agents to service diverse customer requirements, from large-scale logistical movements to small group servicing. Strong time management and communication skills are essential.The core focus of the Operational Team Manager (OTM) role is on the support and development of your team members and client base. Success involves utilizing your teams resources and expertise to meet overall outcomes and expectations. Maintaining service standards is critical, especially as the team grows and new staff join.
