Our mission is to connect people back to nature through products and experiences that inspire wellness and self-care.Job DescriptionAs the Retail Store Manager, youll take the lead across all aspects of our retail and spa operationsfrom driving sales to building a high-performing team and creating unforgettable customer experiences. Youll bring a hands-on leadership style, a passion for premium skincare, and a focus on empowering your team to achieve results aligned with Jurliques values and vision.Key Responsibilities include:Customer Experience & SalesDeliver the signature Jurlique experience with warmth, expertise, and authenticity.Inspire and coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Educate customers about our heritage, product benefits, and spa rituals.Promote the Jurlique Insiders Program to build customer loyalty.Maintain high service standards and a welcoming, solution-focused environment.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, develop, and mentor your team to foster a culture of performance and respect.Drive team engagement through coaching, regular 1:1s, and clear communication.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and succession planning.Champion Jurlique Mindsets & Behaviours through everyday leadership.Operations & AdministrationManage daily operations, spa bookings (via Timely), and visual merchandising.Ensure compliance with WHS, stock management, and store policy standards.Prepare accurate sales reports, manage payroll and rosters effectively.Uphold a clean, organised, and inspiring store environment.Desired Skills And ExperienceYour skills and experience:Proven experience in retail store management, ideally within a luxury or wellness environment.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.Experience with team coaching, performance management, and operational excellence.Knowledge of the General Retail or Hair & Beauty Award and WHS compliance.Certificate IV in Retail Management (preferred).Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous).Skills & CompetenciesResults-driven and highly organised with a strong business mindset.Passion for holistic wellness and natural skincare.Inspiring and supportive leadership style with excellent communication skills.Strategic roster and workforce planner.High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.Whats in it for you:In exchange for your expertise and contribution, we offer the opportunity to play a key role in our values-led, internationally recognised skincare brand.
