Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and motivating your team of up to 5 stores people to deliver operational excellence from all areas of warehouse and distribution including safety, receiving, reporting, inventory management and quality control.This role is a permanent position on the night shift (11:10pm - 7:10am) Key areas:Participating and committing to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.Providing exceptional leadership and direction to staff to ensure KPIs are met and exceededManaging staff issues including absenteeism and performance levelsAssist with quality requirements by accurately inspecting and recording all inbound freight movements into the DCControlling staff rosters and workload to meet and exceed customer requirements.Liaising with transport providers and the greater warehouse team to ensure an accurate and efficient inbound processAre you the one?We are looking for a self motivated individual who is highly focused on safety and driving results.
