Recruitment Officer K''gari (Fraser Island)The OpportunityThe People and Culture Team at Sealink - K''gari are seeking a Part-time Recruitment Officer to join the team. This role plays an integral part in supporting operations with recruitment, onboarding, and induction needs.This is a part-time role consisting of four hours a day, Monday to Friday. The recruitment officer will support SeaLink K''gari operations including Kingfisher Bay Resort, K''gari Beach Resort, K''gari Explorer Tours, marine operations, and support services. The team values integrity and teamwork.About YouYou will have exceptional interpersonal skills and be an effective communicator (both verbally and in writing), with close attention to detail. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and obligations at all times.You Will Also Have The FollowingUnderstanding of recruitment activities and experience using a recruitment system.Understanding of employment legislation and working visas.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.Flexibility and ability to adapt to managers'' recruitment needs.Ability to support and influence managers to progress candidates in a timely manner.Coordinate new employee arrivals, accommodation, and induction.Updating relevant documentation.Ability to work with the P&C team and support colleagues when needed.A can-do attitude and problem-solving skills.Understanding of tourism, hospitality, and transport is highly regarded.Key to success in this role is the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
