This is a permanent part time role working Monday, Tuesday and Friday.Key responsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for all customer enquiries in a professional mannerSchedule and manage appointments across dental and optical servicesProcess transaction payments and basic billing accurately and efficientlyResolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and a solutions-focused approachMaintain accurate records and ensure patient confidentiality at all timesCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient journeysAbout youIf youre experienced in customer service and administration with a passion for health then we want to hear from you!Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role in a healthcare settingComfortable working with appointments and billing systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage high call volumes and remain calm under pressureStrong problem solving skills and high attention to detailProactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvementWhats on offer?To be part of our local team means your part of something pretty special.
