The successful candidate will require a flexible and committed attitude, as there will be diverse requirements for your time.The role:This opportunity provides more than just routine Practice Management, with plenty of scope for growth, variety of work and excellent support from our growing organisation.In this role you would take responsibility for contributing to strategic management, systems design and implementation, governance oversight, mentoring and business development for our clients with support from the Avant Practice Solutions team. In many scenarios our Management Consultants work with on-site Practice Managers for day-to-day operational support.You will be providing consultancy services to our surgical, specialist and general medical practices, with a strong focus on efficiency and customer service.Your skills in building strong relationships and influencing positive outcomes will be highly valued.The successful candidate will require a flexible and committed attitude, and will bring experience with management in private practice settings.Working within a tight leadership team at Avant Practice Solutions, your key responsibilities will include:Continually contribute to Practice Management Consulting activities at Avant to meet client needsTake responsibility for assessing, scoping and delivering Practice Management Consulting Services to clientsIdentify, review and troubleshoot operational issuesIdentify areas of improvement and contribute to change implementationBuild relationships with doctors and business ownersMaintain a safe and healthy working environmentEnsure the delivery and standard of customer service and the organisation''s processes and procedures are maintained at a high levelFinancial and strategic reporting utilising multiple databasesDeliver practice improvement and guidance to your assigned clientsAvant Practice Solutions is a dynamic workplace, unlike any other, and youll be surrounded by like-minded people focused on getting great outcomes for doctors and patients.In this environment you will succeed with:3 to 5 years Medical Business, Practice, or Operations Management experienceMust have experience in either General Practice, Specialist Practices or Dentistry Clinics or a combinationCustomer Service Focus Anticipates and responds to the needs of internal and external clients. Ensures customer expectations are realistic, established and satisfiedDemonstrated strong leadership skills, preferably with relevant leadership experience in the Healthcare sectorA high level of accounting and budgeting skillsProduct knowledge Understand the features and benefits of our services. Communicates this knowledge effectively and efficientlyProficiency with computer-based systems including standard Microsoft Office and medical softwareProblem solving the ability to creatively and effectively troubleshoot issues as they arisePlanning and Organisation Establishes priorities and schedules. Sets clear and realistic objectives, which align with the company business plan.
