Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and confident Project Support Officer to assist with the delivery of two key clinical executive initiatives.This role is embedded within the Patient Safety and Quality (PSQ) team, a division of Queensland Health dedicated to delivering high-impact health system improvement programs. The successful candidate will work closely with senior clinical stakeholders and contribute to a range of coordination, communication, and support activities.Rate: $58.02 per hour + superLocation: Herston Brisbane, QLDContract Length: 3 monthsIn this role, you will:Provide secretariat support to a senior-level clinical committee, including preparing agendas, minute taking, and stakeholder correspondenceMonitor and manage a shared mailbox, responding professionally to high-level enquiriesCoordinate logistics for a 3-day executive forumSupport a specialised training program for clinical executives, including enrolments, tracking pre-requisite completions, and formatting training materialsAssist in preparing reports, documents, and briefing papers in MS Word and ExcelCollaborate closely with executive and clinical teams to ensure smooth project deliveryPerform high-level administrative and project support tasks across multiple workstreamsYou will bring:Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with senior stakeholders and cliniciansAdvanced MS Word and Excel capabilitiesStrong organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated experience in event coordination or training supportMinute-taking and document formatting expertiseThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact clinical programs and collaborate with senior leaders to improve healthcare quality across Queensland.For more information or to discuss the role, please contact Bree Woods on bree@edenritchie.com.au or 07 3230 0038. #J-18808-Ljbffr
