You will collaborate with the Estimating and the Projects Team to streamline operations and deliver high-quality products that meet client specifications.BenefitsGood salary package on offerVariety in projectsA great company culture with clear leadership.Continual training and professional development.The Ideal Candidate Will HaveEducation in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent work experience.Experience in a production management or supervisory role, ideally within the shopfitting.Strong communication skills, written and verbalStrong understanding of joinery fabrication processes, materials, and techniques.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) and project management software (Procore), production planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team.Effective delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and interact with staff and stakeholders.Knowledge of OH&S regulations within a manufacturing environment.Areas Of Responsibility Include But Are Not Limited ToProduction Planning and Scheduling.Team Leadership and Management.Quality Control.Production Workflow.Process Optimisation.Materials Management.OH&S Compliance.Problem Solving and Troubleshooting.Performance Tracking and Reporting.Design & Build specializes in recruitment for the Construction, Manufacturing, Engineering & Property industries on a national basis.
