Senior Product Owner (SCIMS) - Grade 9/10Work Type: Ongoing, full-timeLocation: Bathurst or McKellClosing date: 31st July 2025 [9:59am] About the organisation Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service, is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. It offers a comprehensive package of land and property services, including property information, surveying, and mapping, connecting the people of NSW to essential land data. Spatial Services provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies, and non-profit organizations throughout NSW, Australia, and internationally. About the role The Senior Product Owner (SCIMS) will oversee the end-to-end management of the Survey Control Information Management System (SCIMS), which supports the delivery of the State control survey. The role involves driving operational excellence, ensuring technical integrity, and engaging stakeholders to meet statutory obligations and industry needs. The ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of spatial data technologies Proven ability to lead complex programs in a high-impact, customer-focused environment Experience implementing and monitoring compliance with Work Health and Safety policies Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including representing OSG at industry forums and events Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments and priorities Problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate toward a common vision Salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary starting at $125,693 plus superannuation.
