Together, let''s build a brighter, healthier future for all.As a Senior Brand Manager - Innovation Personal Care and Home Care, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by leveraging deep consumer, market, and competitive insights. You will drive growth through a robust and continuous innovation pipeline, working collaboratively across functions to bring breakthrough ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesOpportunity Identification: Proactively identify and capitalize on business opportunities by analyzing consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities.Consumer-Centric Experiences: Apply a thorough understanding of local consumers, customers, and competitors to design holistic experiences across the ecosystemincluding launching new products, product forms, and innovative touchpoints.Innovation Strategy Development: Develop and implement an innovation strategy, defining processes and methodologies grounded in consumer and shopper insights, competitor threats, and brand opportunities.Innovation Planning & Execution: Create and maintain a dynamic, three-year pipeline of core ideas and concepts, to be iteratively tested and validated through multiple incubation phases. Ensure each phase generates learnings and actionable steps for continued progress.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teamsincluding technology, design, and communicationsto ensure each innovation delivers intended technical, functional, and emotional benefits aligned with brand positioning and strategy.Project Management: Co-manage and oversee all commercialization timelines for innovation projects, partnering with Brand Marketing and coordinating closely with internal teams (R&D, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery.Innovation Pipeline Leadership: Champion a strong, renewable pipeline of innovation initiatives that deliver business growth and support long-term brand goals.RequiredBachelor DegreeAny advanced degree in Design, Design Thinking, Data/Analytics is an advantage.Have a good design thinking mindset, proactively understand consumers especially on human emotions, define problems, make quick hypotheses and facilitate rapid prototyping to fulfill customer needs in a quick pace.Moves beyond traditional ways of doing things; pushes past the status quo.Tries multiple, varied approaches to innovative ideas.Innovation Grid developmentA/B testing and incubation methodProject Management skillsArticulate in precision and simplicity to convey ideas in conversations.Our Commitment to InclusionOur journey begins with our peopledeveloping strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
