With two key arms -DairyFoods and AgriSolutions, were here to back our communities and customers every step of the way, staying true to our roots and committed to growing together.About the role:Norco is seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader - Accounts Receivableto lead a high-performing team within our finance function. This pivotal role ensures the accurate billing of customers, efficient collection of outstanding balances, and ongoing reconciliation of accounts to maintain financial integrity.This position offers a flexible location of work in either Lismore, Northern Rivers, NSW or Labrador, Gold Coast, QLD. If the successful candidate is located on the Gold Coast, you will be required to travel to Lismore two days per week (company pool car).Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance receivables performance.
