You will partner with residences to meet their learning needs and collaborate with the teams at each site to provide education and support aligned with national and state learning frameworks. You will be able to independently plan and deliver educational activities making you an integral part of the Clinical Education team.Your Primary Functions Will BeWith a risk-based approach; identify learning opportunities, organise learning events and follow up on education programsDeliver education on a range of topics related to client care and support in accordance with learning frameworks and strategyDevelop and follow up on training schedules for state and residence specific training programsDevelop training resources and content as directedSubject Matter expert for the Clinical Care documentation systemSystem administration in relation to the Learning management systemSupport the reporting of mandatory training requirementsModel and demonstrate extensive knowledge of Arcares Values, commitment to relationships and our Senses-frameworkSkills & ExperienceEssential:Minimum 12 months experience as a nurse in Aged CarePolice Check (current) and Statutory Declaration, as definedCurrent AHPRA registrationHighly developed verbal and written communication skills across all levels of stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in exercising initiative in identifying learning needs and responding to learning needsDemonstrated accuracy and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamAdvanced skills in applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExtensive experience in working at an advanced level in an electronic Clinical Care Documentation systemPreferredCertificate IV in Workplace Training and AssessmentExperience as a nurse Unit Manager, Care Manager or similarCreative flair!Ready to ApplyIt really is our people and culture that set us apart, with our ongoing focus of working together as one team.
