We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation: the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.About The OpportunityWe are looking for experienced Contract Administrators andSenior Contract Administrators to support the commercial delivery of major civil infrastructure projects across Sydney. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of contract administration - from procurement and negotiation through to variations, claims, and close-out. Your ability to manage commercial risk and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be key to ensuring our projects run smoothly and profitably.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Leading end-to-end contract administration across civil infrastructure projectsManaging procurement, subcontractor agreements and contract negotiationsAdministering variations, extensions of time (EOTs) and claimsSupporting project forecasting, budgeting and commercial reportingPreparing and reviewing contractual correspondence, progress claims, and payment schedules in accordance with relevant legislationCollaborating closely with project managers, site teams and commercial leads to ensure contractual compliance and cost controlWhat You''ll Bring to the TeamProven experience in contract administration within infrastructure or civil construction projectsExperience both Upstream and DownstreamStrong working knowledge of construction contracts (e.g. GC21) and relevant legislationStrong commercial and analytical skills, with a focus on risk mitigationClear communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teamsThis is a permanent full-time position.Why You Should Work With UsOur people are what make Abergeldie successful, and we make sure that this is the kind of place where great people enjoy working for the long term.
