Youll have the opportunity to work on projects across Digital Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing Excellence. If not, show us your potential to grow into a strong consultant in these fieldsand well provide the support and development to help you get there.This role is based in Ngambri (Canberra).Your key responsibilitiesWere a growing team in high demand, looking for individuals who approach business problems with structured thinking and a logical mindset.Youll have the chance to work on a variety of impactful projects across Digital Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, and Manufacturing Excellence, applying data-driven analysis to generate insights and drive results.Strong communication skills are essentialyoull need to confidently present your perspective to senior executives and help deliver transformational change for our clients.Skills and attributes for successExperience delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions, such as Supply Chain IT platforms, analytics and visualisation tools, warehouse and transport management systems, demand planning systems, blockchain, or automation/robotics technologies.Exposure to Procurement within complex, large-scale organisational environmentsbeyond purely transactional activitieswith a focus on strategic sourcing and process optimisation.Demonstrated capability in Operational and Manufacturing Excellence, including continuous improvement initiatives, systems thinking, and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma in both operational and manufacturing contexts.Ideally, youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
