WHAT''S ON OFFER;Excellent remuneration package, $130,000 +, super, and other benefits (company vehicle optional)5-day, Monday to Friday working weekExcellent facilitiesUnrivaled cultureABOUT THE COMPANY - An established and expanding business dedicated to providing exceptional quality panel repair services.ABOUT THE ROLE - Located near the sunny Gold Coast, this role reports to the Operations Manager and oversees the company''s production flow to ensure vehicles are repaired to a high standard and within set timeframes.You will be responsible for ensuring all operations run smoothly, including production output, quality standards, front-line customer service, OH&S guidelines, and team productivity targets.YOUR GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONSupervise and manage all aspects of the production process and flowIdentify process improvements and discuss changes with the MDEnsure all company standards and regulations are met consistentlyConduct daily employee meetings to plan workflow and coordinate departments to minimize downtimeLiaise with department supervisors and administration staff to keep all informed of production flowDevelop staff training and development plansManage department costsMonitor and work towards achieving production targetsManage equipment maintenance and complianceIdentify and implement methods to improve productivity and efficiencyEnsure the highest level of service is providedWhat We Are Looking ForMust have experience as a Bodyshop, Autobody, or Panel Shop Production ManagerExcellent stakeholder management skillsStrong, clear, and concise communication skills as a leader and customer liaisonUnderstanding of the business value chainExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh attention to detailDecisive and clear decision-making skillsLeadership and mentoring mindsetDrive for successHOW TO APPLY - Via the APPLY tab (CV preferably in WORD format).
