Were partnering with a global leader in sealants distribution to find a Procurement Supervisor to join their growing team in Chipping Norton.Off the back of significant company growth, this full-time, on-site position plays a key role in managing procurement operations and supporting business continuity.Responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods across global and intercompany suppliers. This is not just a transactional role it requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate procurement of all intercompany productsWork closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders across departmentsManage forecasting and analyse market trends to support planning decisionsPrepare quotes, issue purchase orders, and monitor order fulfilment using SAPUse Excel for reporting and analysis (high beginner to intermediate level)Implement and improve procurement processes and systemsAbout You Youre a confident and proactive procurement professional, ready to step into a role where your communication skills, organisation, and initiative will shine.
