As the Senior Health & Wellbeing Lead you will be responsible for the design and development of systems, frameworks, and initiatives that enable and embed health and wellbeing as integral components of Melbourne Waters organisational performance, culture, and risk management approach. In this role you will:Lead the design and development of a psychosocial risk framework and its associated components. The framework is to take a systematic and proactive approach to psychosocial risk management and support MW employees to thrive in the workplaceBring an understanding of industry best practice to work strategically to continually improve the control environment for how we manage the health and wellbeing of pour people.Collaborate closely with identified key stakeholders to facilitate the seamless delivery of health and wellbeing initiatives, fostering alignment with organisational goals and priorities.Develop and maintain governance processes to ensure health and wellbeing initiatives are effectively monitored, evaluated, and aligned with organisational risk frameworks and compliance obligations.Work with the Safety, People Hub, Workforce Relations and Risk teams to integrate psychosocial and wellbeing controls into broader health and safety systems, people management systems, critical risk frameworks, and incident management processes.For more information, please refer to the attached Role MandateAbout you:Significant experience in a health and wellbeing related role.Extensive experience in project or program managementDemonstrated experience in analysing problems and developing robust solutions.Demonstrated experience in a complex operational / and or business partnering environment.Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with stakeholders for specialist advice and to share learnings, as appropriate.Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to form robust and influential relationships.A rigorous approach to problem identification and a creative approach to problem solvingThis role required the successful applicant to hold a Victorian Drivers License.At Melbourne Water, we care deeply about water and the life it sustains.Our team is inspired by passion and purpose, with an unwavering commitment to safety.
