Lead Safety, Health & Environment at a Site LevelChampion our Never Walk By'' CultureIconic Food Brands, National Footprint, Real ImpactThe OpportunityWe''re currently on the lookout for a Site SHE Manager to join our leadership team and take ownership of all things Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) at our Forrestvile manufacturing site. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, you''ll work as a trusted advisor, coach and leaderchampioning a strong safety culture and ensuring we deliver on compliance, engagement, and continuous improvement.This is a pivotal role within our team and business, where your ability to build relationships and drive accountability will help shape the future of safety at Goodman Fielder.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the go-to HSE expert for site leaders and frontline teamsPartner with the Site Leadership Team to embed a proactive, self-sustaining SHE cultureImplement and continuously improve the GF Safety & Environmental Management Systems (SMS/EMS)Support our people through coaching, training, and capability uplift across key SHE elementsDrive site compliance, emergency preparedness, and audit readinessLead incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective action follow-upDeliver strong reporting, insights and analysis to drive smarter decision makingOwn site HSE planning, from training needs analysis to environmental performance improvementsSupport injury management and workers compensation processes in partnership with CARE teamsRepresent site in national HSE forums and projects, contributing to strategic initiativesAbout YouYou''re an experienced HSE professional with the passion and presence to influence leaders and engage teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love seeing the impact of your work on safety culture and performance.You will bring:Tertiary qualifications in OHS, Health Science, or related field (or working towards)A minimum of 5 years'' SHE experience, ideally in FMCG or complex manufacturing environmentsProven understanding of Australian OH&S legislation and Workers Compensation frameworksExperience implementing safety systems and driving complianceStrong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to analyse and interpret data to drive real improvementCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (advantageous)Why Goodman Fielder?We are driven by our values and our people.
