This senior-level position demands a deep technical understanding of the SuccessFactors platform, including system configuration, integration, and customisation.You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into innovative, tailored solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other enterprise systems while maintaining a focus on performance, scalability, and system stability. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing best practices and building a robust technical architecture that supports future growth and evolving business needs.As a senior consultant and mentor, youll provide technical leadership, guiding others and solving complex challenges with innovative solutions. This position requires both strong technical skills and a strat egic mindset to deliver high-quality, forward-thinking results aligned with evolving business goals.
