Together, we support over 1.2 million Catholics through parish, mission, and community services.The OpportunityWere looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to join our team and support the Diocese of Sandhurst. Based in Bendigo, this role partners closely with parish leaders, clergy, and volunteers to deliver practical HR support and advice.Youll be part of a broader HR team at CAM, contributing to meaningful work while growing your skills in a collaborative and values-led environment.The Impact You''ll MakeCollaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the CDOS goals and objectives.Develop and implement HR policies and proceduresProvide generalist HR advice across recruitment, employee relations, performance, and policy.Support parish leaders with hiring, onboarding, and staff development.Assist with performance conversations and coaching.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance engagement and culture.Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.About YouYou have foundational HR experience and a relevant qualification (HR, ER, or related field).You bring a 3+ year experience in a similar role, where you have demonstrated a deep understanding and expertise in modern human resource management.Youre confident working independently and enjoy building relationships.You bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills.You value integrity, confidentiality, and have an appreciation for Catholic Social Teaching.You hold (or are willing to obtain) a Police Check and Working with Children Check.Why Join Us?Grow Your Career Work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to strategic HR.Collaborative Culture Be part of a professional, supportive, and purpose-driven team.Meaningful Work Help shape the future of parish and mission services across the Diocese.Ready to Apply?If this sounds like the right fit for you, wed love to hear from you.
