It has been created in response to a significant increase in workload and team size due to a 15-month digital program of work that will increase the size of the Engineering team by several dozen people (both VPS employees and vendor resources).You will be leading and managing multiple software engineering teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects and solutions.For specificresponsibilitiesplease review the attached position description. Your tribe''s stack is mostly AWS using Node.js, serverless technology (e.g., AWS Lambdas), React, MuleSoft, and Datadog, with some Java and Sitecore; other tribes also have Salesforce, Drupal CMS, and native mobile.Experience working in hybrid Agile environments.
