What You''ll Be Doing To provide pharmaceutical services within the boundaries of relevant legislation and policies to patients of the MNCLHD under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy. This includes clinical pharmacy services, multidisciplinary team work, manufacturing, drug information, dispensary functions, patient counselling and educational functions. The MNCLHD are currently seeking a Grade 3 Pharmacist to join our team at Coffs Harbour Health Campus. About You Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and postgraduate qualifications in a Diploma of Clinical Pharmacy or relevant postgraduate qualifications AND a minimum of 6 months experience in the relevant specialty OR not less than 3 years experience in hospital pharmacy including at least 12 months in the relevant specialty. Extensive experience in providing advanced clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting with an understanding of contemporary practice in clinical pharmacy, quality use of medicines, and relevant policies that facilitate medication safety. Effective communication skills (verbal and written) with pharmacy staff, healthcare team, and clients, along with problem-solving skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and experience in educational sessions for healthcare teams and clients. Proven contribution to medication safety and quality assurance activities.
