Youll be part of a leadership group that is committed to growth, accountability, and person first thinking.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor Service Leaders and Support Workers across multiple sites.Ensure delivery of tailored supports that align with individual NDIS plans and UDC''s ICARE values.Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, compliance, and operational performance.Oversee quality assurance, incident management, and safety protocols.Partner with families, support networks and the people we support to ensure smooth transitions and positive experiences.Manage budgets, recruitment, training, and performance reviews for frontline staff.Monitor intake and transition processes to ensure 100% compliance with planning and risk assessment requirements.Were looking for a confident leader who can influence, innovate and inspire. Youll be someone who balances operational rigour with genuine compassion.Essential Strengths:Proven leadership experience in community or disability services.Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, Quality & Safeguarding Framework, and person-led service models.Ability to manage multi-site teams with a proactive, coaching leadership style.Excellent skills in budgeting, strategic planning, and compliance.High emotional intelligence with a demonstrated ability to manage relationships with families, support networks and external stakeholders.Core Skills Were Looking For:High-level written and verbal communication.Sound judgement, critical thinking, and problem-solving.Strong grasp of quality systems, risk management, and documentation requirements.Expertise in change management and building high-performance teams.Familiarity with NDIS Cost Model, reporting requirements, and compliance standards.Minimum Requirements:Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role in disability or community services.In-depth understanding of the NDIS and its application operationally.Current First Aid and CPR certificates (Mandatory)NDIS Worker Screening Check and valid Drivers License (Mandatory)Vocational diploma or certificate in Disability SupportTertiary qualifications in business (or similar) Highly DesirableWhy Join UDC?Youll be part of an inclusive and forward-thinking organisation.
