As a Senior Client Engagement Manager, you''ll be a vital part of our Corporate Business Development team, working with top-tier Banking and Finance clients across Australia.In this role, you''ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met. You''ll coordinate with various departments, turning challenges into opportunities and making every client interaction a memorable one.If you''re passionate about building strong relationships, love problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!What you will be doing:Manage inbound client enquiries and support tickets, ensuring timely and high-quality resolutions.Provide expert advice on platform features, configurations, and workflows.Escalate and manage complex issues through to resolution.Lead monthly governance sessions with key stakeholders.Prepare and deliver professional presentations for internal and external audiences.Act as the primary escalation point for client issues and performance concerns.Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client portfolios.Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) across products and client segments.Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Project Management teams to align on client needs and solutions.Build and maintain strong, strategic client relationships.Job Qualifications:What you will bring:5+ years of professional experience in the Banking, Finance, Valuation, or Real Estate sectors, with strong industry knowledge preferred.A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on achieving positive client outcomes.Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to ask thoughtful questions and challenge existing processes when needed.Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across a diverse client base.Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with the agility to adapt to evolving client needs and business priorities.Why Join Cotality?Cotality has a culture of collaboration- we champion ownership, initiative and leadership!
