As a member of our team, you will help build a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and inclusive culture.Apply today to express your interest in working with a team that is agile, impactful, and client-focused!Position DetailsAssistant Manager / Executive Expression of InterestSalary: $79,650 + Super + Bonus to $94,170 + Super + BonusResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality valuation work.Support clients with a range of valuation requirements using technical and commercial acumen.Conduct valuation analysis, research, and report writing.Assist in originating client work, preparing proposals, responses, and thought leadership materials.Support the development of junior team members.Participate in meetings and site inspections as needed.Manage responsibilities proactively and coordinate with internal stakeholders.Handle multiple projects, including business development activities.Develop valuation models, analyze key drivers, and perform sensitivity and scenario analysis.Analyze financial statements and forecasts, identifying drivers and risks.Prepare industry analysis and benchmarking data.Assist with engagement issues such as billing and scope management.Display a desire for increased responsibility and a consultative approach to risk management.QualificationsStrong educational background, with a bachelors or masters degree in finance or related field.CA or CFA certification preferred (for business valuations), or progress towards CPV accreditation (for plant & equipment valuations).Big Four experience is advantageous but not essential.Ability to travel within Australia.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.Experience with research tools (e.g., CapitalIQ) for business valuations is required.Experience with data analytics and visualization software (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.For Assistant Manager: at least 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in valuation.For Executive: at least 1 year of valuation experience.Top performer, driven, self-starter, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
