Were on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable human to lead our small but mighty packaging team at Four Pillars Gin in beautiful Healesville. If youve got a bit of mechanical know-how, love leading a team, and dont mind getting your hands dirty (and maybe your boots a little gin-soaked), read on!A day in the life:Kick off the day helping set up our bottling and packaging machineryOperate the machine during the day and troubleshoot any hiccups that pop upManagement of day to day bottling activities, including direction and supervision of staffEnsure quality assurance requirements and procedures are followedWork with the team, shuffling between roles like bottling, labelling, packing, and dispatch everyone pitches inHACCP controlCellar hand work in Distillery (1 day/ week)What we''re looking for:Someone with solid mechanical aptitude youre not afraid of buttons, gears, or solving little machine mysteriesTeam leadership experiencePhysically fit there''s a bit of lifting (up to 20kg) and manual handling involvedReliable and proactive we love people who show up and get stuck inBonus points if you have a forklift licenseThe details:Location: Four Pillars Distillery, Healesville, VICDays: 5 Days Combination or days bottling, 1 day distillery.Why join us?Youll be part of a passionate team behind one of Australias most-loved gin brands.
