As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we provide a range of public health services to the Nepean and Blue Mountains and Lithgow Region.The Primary Care and Community Health Unit consists of 9 centres that provide a range of services for children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their careers. Our services range from health promotion, prevention and early detection through to assessment, treatment and continuing care. Our staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care across our centres, in peoples homes, other community venues as well as virtual care (telehealth).Brighter Beginnings is a collaborative initiative supported by multiple NSW Government departments, dedicated to enhancing early childhood development during the pivotal First 2000 Days of lifespanning from conception to age five. This vital work is driven by the multidisciplinary team within Child, Family and Priority Populations, operating under the Primary Care and Community Health stream of the Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District. Staff and clinical managers actively deliver Brighter Beginnings programs across a network of Community Health Centre locations.We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer (Level 3) to support the delivery of client-centred, responsive, and accountable services from a designated base site. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of communication and service across multiple clinical offerings. Additionally, the position provides essential operational assistance to the Administration Support Manager for Child, Family & Priority Populations, contributing to the management, supervision, and coordination of administrative functions and team members at the base Centre.If you''re looking to advance your career while contributing to meaningful change in the lives of children and families, we welcome your application.
